Employee benefits
Friends and families of our employees have the opportunity to purchase discounted products from the employee shop. There are also benefits including discounted fuel and other employee discounts with various cooperation partners. We also offer our employees time off in lieu on bridge days, cooperation with fitness centres, and an allowance if they sign a 12-month contract.
Employee bonuses
The Trodat Trotec Group lets all of its employees share in the company’s success. This can happen through targets being achieved either individually or as a team, as well as through the mutual benefit of a corporate result that has been achieved or exceeded. We reward the dedication of our apprentices with bonuses for good performance at the training school and for passing their final apprenticeship exam.
Travel allowance
In addition to a salary, we voluntarily pay all employees a travel allowance, the amount of which depends on their journey.
Employee gifts
We celebrate your seniority and reward long-term commitment with a gift in the annual employee awards. In addition, the management personally delivers a small gift on your birthday.
