We think that the number of attendees at company parties demonstrates how good the work atmosphere is in a company. Our annual events such as the company outing, Christmas party, ski day and bowling tournament speak for themselves thanks to the high number of attendees!
Flexible working hours
Wherever possible, we offer our employees the freedom to schedule flexible working hours. Independent work is a prerequisite for us and, in return, employees are given the necessary trust.
Working from home
The general possibility of working from home depends on an employee’s role. If the work environment and circumstances allow, then our employees can work from home.
