Canteen & catering


Canteen & snacks

Our TroSnack and BistroTec canteens are often used every day by employees who want to eat lunch together. It’s not just somewhere to eat, it’s somewhere to chat. There is a choice between two main courses ‒ one of which is always vegetarian. The meals are freshly prepared and the offer is complemented by snacks, salads, soup, yoghurt, fruit and sweets.
For a quick snack, filled rolls, sweets, fruit and nuts are available either from the canteen or our snack bar.

Drinks & fruit

Tea lovers can enjoy a variety of teas at our tea bar. In addition, still or sparkling water is available free of charge to all employees. Coffee and other drinks can be purchased at a fair price.
In addition, we provide employees with apples and seasonal delicacies depending on the time of year.

Health & fitness


Health measures

Sports events, yoga, massage service, hypnosis sessions, bow-tech and physiotherapy, and much more... Our diverse health program has been awarded the “workplace health promotion” seal of approval. We not only do something good for our mind and body, we also use these opportunities to spend time together outside of work. Anyone who would like to donate blood has the opportunity to take part in the in-house blood donation campaign.

Company doctor

Our company doctor is available to employees for occupational medicine and health issues, and various campaigns are offered annually, such as a free tick vaccination, eye tests or a comprehensive cardiovascular risk profile examination.

Additional insurance

All employees, and even their dependants (spouse and children), have the option to take out top-class insurance. The company covers 50 % of the cost of the insurance premium! Private health or dental treatment insurance can also be taken out.

Work & work environment


Mentoring program

Every beginning is difficult. That’s why we think it’s important for our new employees to feel welcomed, and we dedicate ourselves intensively to the training phase. Every new employee is provided with a mentor to support them during their first few months, and there is an extensive training plan.

Good transport connections

The Trodat head office is located directly on the B1 with a bus stop in front of the building. The Trotec site is located near the Wels Ost motorway exit and can also be reached by bus.
And if you come to work by car, both Trodat and Trotec have free company car parks.

We support the continuous further development of our employees, on the one hand, with our training catalogue, which offers a wide spectrum of professional and personal training courses and workshops, and, on the other hand, with the possibility of specific training courses for specialist areas.

We also offer our employees time off in lieu on bridge days, cooperation with fitness centres, and an allowance if they sign a 12-month contract.

Employee bonuses

The Trodat Trotec Group lets all of its employees share in the company’s success. This can happen through targets being achieved either individually or as a team, as well as through the mutual benefit of a corporate result that has been achieved or exceeded. We reward the dedication of our apprentices with bonuses for good performance at the training school and for passing their final apprenticeship exam.

Travel allowance

In addition to a salary, we voluntarily pay all employees a travel allowance, the amount of which depends on their journey.
