Laser Application Technician

I work on the laser in the application laboratory and come up with cool samples. I create samples e.g. for the website, trade fairs, demo rooms, direct mailings, etc. I also do parameter tests and laser training (for internal and external employees). I always have laser-engraved things with me to show others, so that everyone can visualise them.

“I was supposed to reproduce a sample for a new demo room. The sample was ready after more than an hour in the laser; I took it out...and it went flying. The sample broke, of course. So I had to make the sample again and then of course I was particularly careful! By the way, if you’ve seen our DIY laser samples: I’m the one wearing the leather bracelet, who can often be seen in the photos.”
- A funny anecdote from my working life-

...the travel opportunities (international trade fairs, customer visits, branches); getting to know new people through the training courses; inspiring customers with the samples.
In addition, once my work is done, I can use the laser for my own private use (e.g. making lasered gifts).

The family environment and the flexible time management.

I do a lot of sport, e.g. I’ve been doing yoga for six years. And I have a cat who waits at home for me every day after work and escorts me from my car.
